Designs are on both sides of the mug.
No special characters or emojis can be printed within the personalisation. If personalisation requirements include these, they will not be added.
Delivery
As each item is made just for you please allow 1-3 business days for production before dispatch.
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders and is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for service who aim to deliver within 2-3 business days.
You can upgrade the delivery, for a small charge, to Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service. Delivery aim is 1-2 business days.
For Large orders we will use Royal Mail or a courier.
If you need your order in a hurry please contact us for a quote on next day delivery.
Returns
Any delivery breakages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
