How long will it take to send my order?

All of our cards and gifts are personalised especially for you. Most items are ready for dispatch within 3 working days.

Should it be longer, you will be notified via email.

Cards have a photo and details in the description of each size.
Please check these BEFORE purchasing.

Custom and personalised orders
We aim to provide you with a fast, high-quality service. Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct. It is up to you to ensure that content you have contributed for inclusion in a personalised product is correct, and (for example) is correctly spelt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct.
During the order process, We will generally notify you of the despatch date and the expected time frame for receiving your order; however, we do not guarantee delivery dates or times.The despatch date is the day we SEND the item you have ordered, NOT the day it will be delivered.

Item not arrived
Royal Mail consider an item 'lost' after 10 WORKING days. After this time I can put in a claim for an item being lost on your behalf.
No refunds/cancellations/returns due to delivery delays.

Returns policy
Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective or damaged, we cannot accept returns on 'personalised' or ‘bespoke’ items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalisation details and dates. Please check all details you input carefully.
